Dimattina Provedoring is a family owned and operated company dedicated to continually providing the best available fruit and vegetables to the food service industry.

Formerly Dimattina & Co Pty Ltd the company has more than 60 years of experience in the fruit and vegetable industry.

Several years ago the directors of Dimattina & Co decided to change strategic direction. With some directors retiring, the company decided to sell its wholesaling business and concentrate on food service, with the establishment of Dimattina Provedoring.

In February 2000 Dimattina Provedoring merged its business with AW Penna Sales Pty Ltd, to make it Melbourne's leading supplier of fruit and vegetables to the food service industry.

Dimattina Provedoring's customers include Australia's largest catering companies and Melbourne's leading hotels, restaurants and cafés.

We pride ourselves on our quality and service. This was recognized in 1998 when we were awarded the Qantas Supplier of the Year.

Our administration offices are located on-site at our warehouse. This enables quick and efficient processing of orders, with management having a real 'hands' on role. Customers have the assurance that they are dealing with the owners of the company - who are on the premises.
